Big Blue Meets the Rio Grande

The happenstance of this Great Blue posing so perfectly on the banks of the Rio Grande took place only in my mind. The background scene, however, was captured perfectly in Becky’s effort to document the river’s flow through the Cañón de Santa Elena in Big Bend National Park.

Oh. Those two circling Golden Eagles weren’t there that day either.
